How do we solve illiteracy and complications of text?
According to the National Endowment for the Arts, there is a steady decline in literary reading. In fact, only 43 percent of American adults read at least one work of literature each year
Therefore, I came up with the idea that WHAT IF, we use infographics and visualized information to increase the level of literacy and enjoyment of reading?
For instance, we have this large set of data where it is hard to navigate to process meaning and information. To explain the meaning and information of this dataset, placing only text and explanation of words will bore readers out and turn their books down as well.
But, there are always better ways if accopanied with CREATIVE solution.
In this fashion, the data becomes digestible and compact for the readers, which solves the ultimate problem of user experience when it comes to illiteracy.
